- The ideal candidate will have strong organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a background in manufacturing or production—preferably within the furniture industry.
- The role involves supervising operations, managing resources, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments to support efficiency, productivity, and growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administrative and production operations to ensure seamless workflow.
- Supervise factory and office staff, ensuring high performance and accountability.
- Coordinate logistics, procurement, and material inventory for timely production.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure targets are met efficiently.
- Support HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and attendance management.
- Implement operational policies and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and workplace standards.
- Manage documentation, reporting, and communication between management and departments.
- Handle vendor and client relations, including order fulfilment and delivery tracking.
- Provide regular operational updates and reports to management.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, or related fields
- Experience in furniture manufacturing or related production environments is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of supervising teams and coordinating factory operations.
