Job Title: Sales Executive (Tech)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking results-driven Sales Executives to promote and sell a logistics-focused product to companies across multiple sectors, including FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Retail, and Distribution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned revenue and onboarding targets.
  • Prospect, pitch, and onboard enterprise and mid-market clients across assigned firms.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers through cold visits, referrals, and follow-ups.
  • Conduct in-person product demonstrations and clearly communicate value propositions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to successful onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, meetings, and conversions using approved tracking tools.

Requirements and Qualification

  • 1 - 3 years of Sales experience in the same industry preferably.
  • Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) from a recognized institution.
  • Basic IT proficiency, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Email).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong relationship management and customer engagement abilities.
  • Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and apply it in real sales situations.
