- To drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing clients within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, positioning the organization as a preferred partner for recruitment, staffing, and workforce solutions across the FMCG value chain.

- Develop customized proposals aligned with client workforce requirements.

- Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure operational feasibility.
- Present proposals in a clear, structured, and commercially compelling manner.
Client Relationship & Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with FMCG clients.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service delivery.
- Identify and drive account growth opportunities, including:
- Bulk hiring projects
- Multi-location staffing engagements
- Long-term workforce outsourcing arrangements
- Act as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition and workforce planning strategies.
- Maintain regular client engagement to identify emerging business opportunities.
Market Intelligence & Business Strategy:
Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Experience & Competency Requirements / Experience
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- 6 - 10 years of experience in FMCG sales, business development, recruitment, staffing, or workforce solutions.
