Job Title: Admin / Inventory Officer
Location: Akute, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations of the office.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Manage procurement processes and liaise with vendors/suppliers.
- Track incoming and outgoing goods.
- Prepare inventory and administrative reports.
Qualification
- Minimum of an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years experience in administrative or inventory roles.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
