We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin / Inventory Officer

Location: Akute, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative operations of the office.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Manage procurement processes and liaise with vendors/suppliers.
• Track incoming and outgoing goods.
• Prepare inventory and administrative reports.

Qualification

• Minimum of an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years experience in administrative or inventory roles.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
