Job Purpose
- The Sales Performance & Operations Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing the Company's entire commercial execution process from Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) to customer allocation and after-sales engagement.
- The role ensures that sales operations are efficient, CRM compliance is maintained, customer experience standards are upheld, and revenue targets are consistently achieved through disciplined execution, coaching, and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
Commercial Performance Leadership:
- Lead the Commercial Performance Office to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies that improve sales productivity and profitability.
- Build a high-performance, accountable, and customer-focused sales culture.
- Ensure all commercial activities align with the Company's Commercial Excellence Manual.
Sales Operations Management:
- Manage the complete commercial pipeline from lead generation to customer handover.
- Eliminate lead leakage across all sales stages.
- Monitor pipeline health and remove operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate lead allocation and reassignment where necessary.
CRM Governance:
- Ensure 100% adoption of the CRM by all commercial personnel.
- Maintain CRM data accuracy and integrity.
- Monitor pipeline visibility and workflow automation.
- Conduct routine CRM audits.
- Enforce CRM policies and reporting standards.
Sales Performance Management:
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Conduct sales coaching and mentoring sessions.
- Develop performance improvement plans (PIPs).
- Recommend incentives based on measurable performance.
- Evaluate individual and team productivity.
Customer Experience:
- Ensure timely customer engagement.
- Monitor follow-up compliance.
- Improve inspection attendance.
- Resolve customer escalations.
- Drive customer satisfaction and referral generation.
Commercial Analytics:
Monitor and report:
- Revenue generation and Sales Productivity
- Conversion Rates across all levels of customer touchpoints
- Inspection Performance
- Lead Sources and Forecasting Accuracy
- Customer Satisfaction
- Provide weekly and monthly executive reports with strategic recommendations.

Qualifications
- Minimum requirements – MBA
Experience:
- 7–10 years in Sales Operations, Commercial Performance, or Sales Management.
- At least 5 years managing high-performing sales teams.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience using and coordinating enterprise CRM systems such as Freshsales, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics
