Job Description

  • We are conducting a confidential executive search on behalf of a reputable real estate company seeking an exceptional Head of Sales & Business Development to drive aggressive revenue growth, lead high-performing teams, and expand the company's market presence.
  • This opportunity is not for entry-level or average sales professionals. We are looking for a highly seasoned commercial leader with a proven track record of closing high-value real estate transactions, building successful sales structures, and consistently delivering outstanding business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and business development initiatives.
  • Drive significant revenue growth and achieve ambitious commercial targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing sales and business development teams.
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships and new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key investors, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Develop sales strategies that strengthen market share and profitability.
  • Provide commercial leadership that supports the company's long-term growth objectives.

Ideal Candidate
We are specifically seeking professionals who:

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline (an MBA is an added advantage).
  • Have 10–15 years of professional experience, with at least the last 3 years in a senior leadership role within the real estate industry.
  • Have a demonstrable track record of closing high-value real estate transactions and driving substantial revenue growth.
  • Have successfully built, led, and managed high-performing sales teams.
  • Possess exceptional negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Think strategically and execute with measurable commercial results.
