Job Description
- We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and proficient Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing transactions, handling customer payments, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Transactions: Handle customer payments, and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve any issues that may arise during the transaction process.
- Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace:Keep the food area clean and organized, including the counting and sorting of cash.
- Work Collaboratively with Colleagues: Assist other cashiers and sales associates as needed to ensure excellent customer service.
- Stay Knowledgeable about Products and Services: Familiarize yourself with products and services offered by the company to effectively answer customer questions.
Requirements
- Previous Cash Handling Experience: 0-3 years of experience handling cash and operating a POS system.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide friendly, efficient, and accurate service to customers.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to accurately count and handle cash, as well as perform basic math calculations.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a busy environment.
- Availability: Ability to work a variety of shift.
Salary
N45,000 - N55,000 per month.
