Chilis Restaurant is the first 24 hours restaurant located in the heart of Ibadan. We serve varieties of freshly made meal with exceptional customer service and well secured conducive environment.

Job Description

• We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and proficient Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing transactions, handling customer payments, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Transactions: Handle customer payments, and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve any issues that may arise during the transaction process.
• Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace:Keep the food area clean and organized, including the counting and sorting of cash.
• Work Collaboratively with Colleagues: Assist other cashiers and sales associates as needed to ensure excellent customer service.
• Stay Knowledgeable about Products and Services: Familiarize yourself with products and services offered by the company to effectively answer customer questions.

Requirements

• Previous Cash Handling Experience: 0-3 years of experience handling cash and operating a POS system.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide friendly, efficient, and accurate service to customers.
• Basic Math Skills: Ability to accurately count and handle cash, as well as perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a busy environment.
• Availability: Ability to work a variety of shift.

Salary
N45,000 - N55,000 per month.
