We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Manager, Agent Network

Location: Walter Carrington Crescent, Lagos 

Job Description

  • Agent Network Manager (ANM) is responsible for the growth and management of the independent agent network in and around assigned geographical location and region
  • Candidate will be responsible for independent agent prospecting and relationship management.
  • The Agent Network Manager will be required to work with stakeholder units for independent agent code creation, commission payment, agent form processing in addition to the resolution of all support required.

Qualifications

  • Type of Qualification: Minimum of First Degree (Experience in product & management, and retail banking would be an added advantage)
  • Field of Study: Social Science or Consumer Services.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 4 Years
  • Project Management · Budgeting & Reporting· · Customer Insight Analytics·, Elicitation
  • MS Office Suites (Visio, Word, Excel, PPT & Project).
