Job Title: Territory Sales Developer

Job Summary

  • Elkris Bio Health Foods Nigeria Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven Territory Sales Developer to drive sales growth, expand market coverage, and strengthen customer relationships within the assigned territory.
  • The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in FMCG sales and distribution, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies that achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets.
  • Identify and recruit new distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key customers.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Ensure product availability and visibility across the assigned territory.
  • Supervise sales activities and execute trade marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare and submit periodic sales and market intelligence reports.
  • Drive revenue growth while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and product delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) in Accounting or any related discipline.
  • Minimum of 6 years of proven sales experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of territory management, distributor management, and route-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Must be target-driven, analytical, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be resident in, or willing to relocate to, Auchi, Edo State.
