Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify and secure new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
- The ideal candidate must have proven experience working with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNI), Commercial/Corporate Banking, and Management Consulting, with a strong network and exceptional relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), corporate organizations, and strategic partners.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and corporate banking institutions, consulting firms, and key decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging business opportunities and industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Monitor market activities, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to support business growth.
- Prepare periodic business development reports, sales forecasts, and performance updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 5–7 years of proven business development experience.
- Strong background in High-Net-Worth Individual (HNI) relationship management, Commercial/Corporate Banking, and Management Consulting.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic partnerships and close high-value business deals.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
N400,000 - N800,000 monthly.
