Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain detailed records
- Develop and implement new and innovative ways to gain a competitive advantage
- Source new clients and develop retention strategies for both existing and new clients
- Ensure compliance pictures are taken and sent to clients promptly
- Regularly relate with clients to effectively deliver agreed deliverables and address deviations on posting contracts
- Prepare and submit weekly and quarterly reports
- Effectively execute and interpret clients' briefs
- Ensure daily management of accounts
- Regularly submit updated vacant sites to clients
- Develop and regularly maintain mailing schedules
- Develop online marketing strategies
- Follow up with clients and prospects
- Liaise with stakeholders, including the Client Services team, clients, IT, Heads of Departments, and the CEO
- Perform auxiliary functions applicable to all staff
Job Requirements
Education:
- Open to graduates of universities and polytechnics with a Marketing or Business-related background
- Certifications and ARCON professional membership will be an added advantage
Experience:
- 0–3 years of working experience
- Experience and/or passion for working in a marketing or advertising agency.
Knowledge/Personality:
- Good knowledge and use of digital tools
- Fluency in communication
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Good understanding of social media
- Good knowledge of reporting tools, Excel, Word, and applications
- Keeping up to date with current affairs
- Confidence
- Flexibility
- Friendliness and a passion for delivering results
- Tenacity
- Social media and digital marketing know-how are a must
- Strong and genuine interest in marketing and advertising is vital.
