Job Title: General Manager – Health Care Services

Role Summary
- The General Manager – Health Care Services is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to ensure business growth, service excellence, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business growth strategies.
- Build referral partnerships and identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee day-to-day healthcare operations and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Manage client relationships, onboarding, and service reviews.
- Lead, coach, and develop operational teams.
- Monitor operational and financial performance, budgets, and KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement across people, processes, and service delivery.

- Revenue growth and new client acquisition
- Referral partnerships and conversion rate
- Service delivery and workforce utilization

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
- Relevant leadership experience in healthcare operations or service management.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, business development, financial management, and stakeholder engagement.
