We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate executive meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items to completion.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, briefing documents, speeches, and business correspondence.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal teams, clients, partners, and other external stakeholders.
  • Support the CEO in monitoring strategic initiatives, business priorities, and key deliverables.
  • Conduct research, gather data, and prepare executive summaries to support informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate board meetings, executive leadership meetings, and confidential business engagements where required.
  • Organize domestic and international travel, accommodation, itineraries, and logistics for the CEO.
  • Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Monitor deadlines, follow up on assigned tasks, and ensure timely execution of executive priorities.
  • Assist in planning corporate events, executive engagements, and special projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a BSc / HND qualification with 6-8years experience for a CEO.

Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 monthly.
