Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our Lagos team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop business development strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue growth
  • Identify and onboard key clients through cold calling, networking, and channel partnerships 
  • Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for retention and upsell
  • Collaborate with product team to provide market feedback
  • Prepare weekly sales reports and market analysis

Requirements

  • BSc / BA / HND in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3-5 years B2B sales or business development experience
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong Lagos business network
  • Self-motivated, independent worker
  • Microsoft Office and CRM proficiency.
