Description
- We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our Lagos team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop business development strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue growth
- Identify and onboard key clients through cold calling, networking, and channel partnerships
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for retention and upsell
- Collaborate with product team to provide market feedback
- Prepare weekly sales reports and market analysis
Requirements
- BSc / BA / HND in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years B2B sales or business development experience
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong Lagos business network
- Self-motivated, independent worker
- Microsoft Office and CRM proficiency.
