Job Description

• We're seeking a highly motivated Business Transformation Officer to drive our enterprise transformation agenda. You'll translate strategy into execution, optimize core value streams, and embed a performance-driven operating model that delivers measurable gains in cost efficiency, revenue growth, and operational excellence across our diverse business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Redesign and optimize end-to-end value streams, eliminating waste and bottlenecks
• Own the enterprise transformation roadmap and drive execution of prioritized initiatives
• Define, track, and enforce realization of value (cost savings, revenue uplift, productivity gains)
• Lead structured change management and ensure sustained adoption across business units
• Develop transformation dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards for real-time visibility
• Support COO in driving annual operating plan execution and identifying risks

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred with 6+ years in consulting, operations, or transformation roles delivering end-to-end enterprise change
• Expertise in process optimization, value stream mapping, programme delivery, and change management
• PMP/PRINCE2/Lean Six Sigma certifications advantageous
• High execution discipline, analytical rigor, stakeholder influence, and bias for measurable impact.
