Location: Gbagada, Lagos

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated Business Transformation Officer to drive our enterprise transformation agenda. You'll translate strategy into execution, optimize core value streams, and embed a performance-driven operating model that delivers measurable gains in cost efficiency, revenue growth, and operational excellence across our diverse business units.

Key Responsibilities

Redesign and optimize end-to-end value streams, eliminating waste and bottlenecks
Own the enterprise transformation roadmap and drive execution of prioritized initiatives
Define, track, and enforce realization of value (cost savings, revenue uplift, productivity gains)
Lead structured change management and ensure sustained adoption across business units
Develop transformation dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards for real-time visibility
Support COO in driving annual operating plan execution and identifying risks

Who We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred with 6+ years in consulting, operations, or transformation roles delivering end-to-end enterprise change
Expertise in process optimization, value stream mapping, programme delivery, and change management
PMP/PRINCE2/Lean Six Sigma certifications advantageous
High execution discipline, analytical rigor, stakeholder influence, and bias for measurable impact.
