We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: E-commerce Support Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Monday – Saturday)
Key Responsibilities
- Upload, update, and manage product listings on the company's e-commerce platform.
- Process and monitor online orders accurately and promptly.
- Transfer, reconcile, and update stock records across systems.
- Support warehouse record-keeping and inventory control activities.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Monitor order status and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks related to online sales.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain proper documentation of transactions.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce or inventory management systems (an added advantage).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry and simple formulas.
- Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in an e-commerce, customer service, or administrative support role is an added advantage.
