E-commerce Support Officer at Fort Knox Outsourcing

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: E-commerce Support Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Monday – Saturday)

Key Responsibilities

• Upload, update, and manage product listings on the company's e-commerce platform.
• Process and monitor online orders accurately and promptly.
• Transfer, reconcile, and update stock records across systems.
• Support warehouse record-keeping and inventory control activities.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Monitor order status and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks related to online sales.
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain proper documentation of transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce or inventory management systems (an added advantage).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry and simple formulas.
• Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in an e-commerce, customer service, or administrative support role is an added advantage.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
