Job Summary
- We are seeking a high-performing and results-driven Sales Team Lead with proven leadership experience in the loan industry to lead, develop, and inspire a team of Sales Executives.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and performance management to a team of Sales Executives.
- Drive the acquisition and growth of salary loan and investment.
- Monitor team productivity and ensure monthly targets are met.
- Identify business opportunities, and implement initiatives to improve overall sales performance.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: HND or Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in loan sales, with significant expertise in Salary Loan sales.
- Previous experience leading a sales team in Loan sales is required.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
