Job Title: Sales Team Lead (Loan and Invesment)

Locations: Abeokuta - Ogun and Ibadan - Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a high-performing and results-driven Sales Team Lead with proven leadership experience in the loan industry to lead, develop, and inspire a team of Sales Executives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and performance management to a team of Sales Executives.
• Drive the acquisition and growth of salary loan and investment.
• Monitor team productivity and ensure monthly targets are met.
• Identify business opportunities, and implement initiatives to improve overall sales performance.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: HND or Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in loan sales, with significant expertise in Salary Loan sales.
• Previous experience leading a sales team in Loan sales is required.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
