Job Title: Talent Management Specialist

Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Management Specialist to support the design and execution of talent strategies that drive employee development, engagement, performance, and retention across the organization.
Key Responsibilties
Performance Management:
- Support the administration and continuous improvement of the performance management system.
- Guide employees and managers through performance review processes.
- Monitor appraisal cycles, goal setting, and performance reviews.
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend development interventions.
Learning & Development:
- Identify training needs and support the implementation of annual training plans.
- Coordinate internal and external training programmes and certifications.
- Manage relationships with training vendors and consultants.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Career Development & Succession Planning:
- Support structured career growth initiatives across departments.
- Assist with succession planning and talent pipeline development.
- Maintain talent dashboards and employee development records.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Support engagement initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
- Analyze engagement feedback and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Assist in implementing retention strategies for top talent.
Compensation & Benefits Support:
- Support compensation benchmarking exercises.
- Assist in administering employee benefits programmes.
- Gather employee feedback and support improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
- 3 - 5 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Performance Management.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
Remuneration
N400,000 monthly net plus other benefits.
