Job Title: Talent Management Specialist

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Head, Human Resources

Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Management Specialist to support the design and execution of talent strategies that drive employee development, engagement, performance, and retention across the organization.

Key Responsibilties
Performance Management:

• Support the administration and continuous improvement of the performance management system.
• Guide employees and managers through performance review processes.
• Monitor appraisal cycles, goal setting, and performance reviews.
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights.
• Identify performance gaps and recommend development interventions.

Learning & Development:

• Identify training needs and support the implementation of annual training plans.
• Coordinate internal and external training programmes and certifications.
• Manage relationships with training vendors and consultants.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Career Development & Succession Planning:

• Support structured career growth initiatives across departments.
• Assist with succession planning and talent pipeline development.
• Maintain talent dashboards and employee development records.

Employee Engagement & Retention:

• Support engagement initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
• Analyze engagement feedback and recommend improvement initiatives.
• Assist in implementing retention strategies for top talent.

Compensation & Benefits Support:

• Support compensation benchmarking exercises.
• Assist in administering employee benefits programmes.
• Gather employee feedback and support improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
• 3 - 5 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Performance Management.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.

Remuneration
N400,000 monthly net plus other benefits.
