Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking to hire an experienced, matured and innovative Executive Assistant who will provide high-level administrative, personal, and strategic support, ensuring smooth coordination of personal, household, and business activities.
  • The role requires a proactive individual who can manage operations, support decision-making, and enhance productivity, visibility, and overall effectiveness.

Responsibilities
Executive, Strategic and Operational Support:

  • Own and protect the Executive's time, manage a complex, multi-priority calendar with zero room for scheduling conflicts
  • Coordinate high-stakes meetings, clinical reviews, stakeholder engagements, and board-level interactions
  • Proactively track deadlines, deliverables, and commitments; ensure the Executive is always briefed and prepared
  • Draft, review, and send correspondence (emails, memos, letters) on behalf of the Executive
  • Act as a liaison between the Executive and clinical/administrative teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Monitor clinic workflow and surface operational bottlenecks with proposed solutions
  • Coordinate procurement, vendor relationships, and service contracts for the clinic
  • Prepare board reports, executive briefs, and presentations with accuracy and professionalism
  • Support the execution of growth initiatives - research, partnerships, funding opportunities, and market positioning
  • Conduct in-depth research on healthcare trends, competitor landscape, and investment opportunities
  • Assist in developing proposals, decks, and business cases for new ventures and clinical service expansions
  • Contribute to the Executive's strategic thinking by synthesising information and presenting actionable insights.

Personal and Lifestyle Management:

  • Oversee smooth operations at the Director's residence — vendor coordination, maintenance scheduling, and household logistics
  • Manage procurement of household and personal supplies; maintain quality standards across all home operations
  • Supervise, coordinate, and hold accountable household staff; assist in recruitment and onboarding as needed
  • Handle travel planning, logistics, and itineraries (local and international)
  • Curate and manage the Executive's professional presence across digital and physical platforms
  • Coordinate content creation, speaking engagements, publications, and thought leadership activity
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders on behalf of the Executive
  • Research and recommend professional development opportunities — courses, conferences, mentors, certifications
  • Track and coordinate the Executive's learning goals, spiritual programmes, and personal growth commitments
  • Source relevant resources; coordinate scheduling for faith-based and personal enrichment activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field of study.
  • 3 – 10 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role
  • Prior experience in a healthcare, clinical, or regulatedprofessional environment is a strong advantage.
  • Experience managing household staff or coordinating lifestyle operations is a plus
  • Background in personal branding, social media management, or communications is a plus.
