Job Summary
- They are seeking a highly organised and analytical Go-To-Market (GTM) Coordinator to support nationwide trade marketing initiatives and commercial execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate nationwide GTM and trade marketing projects.
- Manage GTM Back Office operations and sales force automation activities.
- Oversee deployment and management of trade assets and visibility materials.
- Coordinate in-market execution, activations, and performance reporting.
- Support distributor management, onboarding, and commercial tools deployment.
- Monitor budgets, project spend, and ensure cost efficiency.
- Develop dashboards and reports to evaluate GTM performance.
- Train and support field sales teams on GTM processes and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Route-to-Market (RTM), Trade Marketing, Sales Operations, or Commercial Excellence.
- Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting skills.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working within the FMCG industry is highly desirable.
