Job Summary

• They are seeking a highly organised and analytical Go-To-Market (GTM) Coordinator to support nationwide trade marketing initiatives and commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate nationwide GTM and trade marketing projects.
• Manage GTM Back Office operations and sales force automation activities.
• Oversee deployment and management of trade assets and visibility materials.
• Coordinate in-market execution, activations, and performance reporting.
• Support distributor management, onboarding, and commercial tools deployment.
• Monitor budgets, project spend, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Develop dashboards and reports to evaluate GTM performance.
• Train and support field sales teams on GTM processes and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Route-to-Market (RTM), Trade Marketing, Sales Operations, or Commercial Excellence.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting skills.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working within the FMCG industry is highly desirable.
