What you will do
- Lead and manage the client care team to deliver exceptional service
- Build strong, long-term relationships and turn enquiries into loyal clients Ensure correct communication and brand standards across all touchpoints
- Convert enquiries into sales and drive business growth
- Monitor satisfaction, drive retention and grow referrals
What we are looking for
- 5+ years in client experience, customer service or a similar senior role
- Proven ability to build relationships and close deals
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- A passion for client satisfaction and team excellence.
