What you will do

• Lead and manage the client care team to deliver exceptional service
• Build strong, long-term relationships and turn enquiries into loyal clients Ensure correct communication and brand standards across all touchpoints
• Convert enquiries into sales and drive business growth
• Monitor satisfaction, drive retention and grow referrals

What we are looking for

• 5+ years in client experience, customer service or a similar senior role
• Proven ability to build relationships and close deals
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
• A passion for client satisfaction and team excellence.
