Job Title: Head of Communications & Marketing

Overview
- Looking for a strategic, creative, and results-driven leader to own the brand voice, drive impactful campaigns, and elevate market presence across all channels.
About the Role
- Lead communications and marketing strategy, build brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth through data-informed campaigns and compelling storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and campaign development
- Oversee content strategy across all channels
- Manage external agencies, partnerships, and PR activities
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for growth
- Lead, mentor, and collaborate with the marketing and content team
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in marketing/communications with proven leadership
- Strong strategic thinking and excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of building brands and driving measurable results
- Experience in healthcare/wellness or similar industry is a plus
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM platforms
- Creative, data-driven, and highly organized with attention to detail
