We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Communications & Marketing

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Overview

• Looking for a strategic, creative, and results-driven leader to own the brand voice, drive impactful campaigns, and elevate market presence across all channels.

About the Role

• Lead communications and marketing strategy, build brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth through data-informed campaigns and compelling storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies
• Lead brand positioning, messaging, and campaign development
• Oversee content strategy across all channels
• Manage external agencies, partnerships, and PR activities
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for growth
• Lead, mentor, and collaborate with the marketing and content team

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in marketing/communications with proven leadership
• Strong strategic thinking and excellent communication skills
• Proven track record of building brands and driving measurable results
• Experience in healthcare/wellness or similar industry is a plus
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM platforms
• Creative, data-driven, and highly organized with attention to detail
