Job Title: Site Supervisor
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Summary
- MYD Telecom Company Limited is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead field installation teams and ensure high-quality telecom network deployments in line with Ericsson and customer standards.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and mentor installation teams
- Oversee site readiness, installation, and quality assurance
- Ensure HSE compliance and safe work practices
- Coordinate commissioning, integration, and troubleshooting activities
- Monitor project KPIs and deliver daily progress reports
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree or Technical Qualification in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
- 3–5 years' experience in GSM field operations
- Hands-on experience with Ericsson RAN and/or Transmission equipment
- Strong leadership, technical troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Access to a laptop for reporting and project administration.
