MYD Telecoms Company Limited is a Telecoms Infrastructure Services Company set up to provide support services for Telco operators, Telco OEMs, Tower Companies and Enterprise Companies in Sub Saharan Africa/Middle East . We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Site Supervisor

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract (4.5 Months)
Slots: 20

Summary

• MYD Telecom Company Limited is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead field installation teams and ensure high-quality telecom network deployments in line with Ericsson and customer standards.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and mentor installation teams
• Oversee site readiness, installation, and quality assurance
• Ensure HSE compliance and safe work practices
• Coordinate commissioning, integration, and troubleshooting activities
• Monitor project KPIs and deliver daily progress reports

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree or Technical Qualification in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
• 3–5 years' experience in GSM field operations
• Hands-on experience with Ericsson RAN and/or Transmission equipment
• Strong leadership, technical troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Access to a laptop for reporting and project administration.
