Primera Food Nigeria Limited, a leading FMCG in Agbara, Ogun State, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT Support Officer

Location: Ogun

Job Description

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests either face -to face or over the phone.
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing, solving hardware and software faults.
Datacenter monitoring and Network Team support
IT project support as duly assigned
IT Administration support
Ensure the correct running and maintenance of the IT systems
Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

Educational Requirement: B.Sc or HND in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related course
Experience in years: 2 to 3 years in a similar role.
Age: 25 Years to 35 years
Gender: Male Preferably.

Skills Required:

Proven IT Experience in a similar role specially in the use of Ms Word, Excel and powerpoint in (Advanced Level)
A good memory of how soft ware and hardware systems work and keen attention to detail.
Problem solving skills, ability to prioritize workload and ability to work well in a team.
Networking knowledge preferably familiar with Cisco product, Ubiquiti and Mikrotik
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
