We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chinese Translator

Location: Lagos

Job Descriptions
The Duties & Responsibilities are not limited to the following:

• Help to translate Chinese language to English-language for staff.
• Assist when needed especially summarizing and preparing reports.
• Prepare and maintain file and correspondence.
• Attends and takes management meeting minutes.
• Provide ready-to-use translated content that meets our internal needs and helps us reach a broader audience.

Qualities for the Fole

• Ability to write well and adhere to a given framework.
• The ability to transfer style, tone and cultural elements accurately from Chinese to English Language
• Attention to detail.
• Be an extremely good listener.
• Have excellent sensory, motor and cognitive skills.
• Have an extensive vocabulary of multiple languages.
• Cope with stress and self-control when dealing with difficult speakers.
• Show emotional resilience.
• Must be able to speak and write Chinese

Requirement for the Role

• Minimum of 3 years working experience as a translator.
