We are recruiting for the position below

Job Position: Specialist,Vendor and Contract Management

Location: Abuja, Nigeria

Description

Handle vendor management and contract execution to support performance and enable achievement of Network Operations objectives
Ensure that all vendors provide contracted commitments and perform against operational Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Responsibilities

Monitor vendor performance against evaluation criteria defined within contracts
Provide oversight for Etisalat Nigeria contracts Scopes of Work (SOWs)/ Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and design documents to evaluate and monitor vendors compliance with contracts
Ensure vendors provide service and support as outlined in the Managed Service contract terms so as to achieve performance goals
Collaborate with key vendor personnel to promote continuous process improvement
Provide feedback on contracts deliverables and recommend actions according to contractual obligations and penalty clauses
Maintain strong relationships between vendors and Etisalat Nigeria internal stakeholders to ensure goal alignment, flexibility and productivity of vendors
Collaborate with vendors to deliver on-the-job training required to enhance Etisalat Nigeria team competencies
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director-Network Operations.

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum of Bachelor's/ HND qualification in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or any other relevant discipline.
At least three (3) years directly relevant post-NYSC work experience in the telecoms business environment.

Ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate:

Very strong background in contract management, preferably with telecoms vendors and/ or operators
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent inter-personal skills, including ability to work across complex cross-functional teams
Ability to drive change and deliver measurable results.

Sentiment apart, President Goodluck Jonathan is the man of the people.He is the president that has the people at heart but some human factors are standing as a bar to the good intention he has for the nation.
There is nothing good comes easy though.

Permit me to say that she is the Great Lady of our generation. I do not subscribe to the saying "what a man can do a woman can do even better" until she and other female performers came on board.
She is a reformer.An epitome of hard work.
Permit me to score the president another pass mark for bringing these 'GREAT WOMEN' to do that which they know best.
