Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively managing of the legal affairs of the bank. He/She will reviews key agreements and other instruments or documents of a legal character on all matters reserved for the bank. The individual will also represent the bank before public and/or other bodies for the filing, registration, initialling of any instrument, document or transaction to which the bank is a party both within and outside the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Job Requirement

• LLB, BL from a reputable institution
• LL.M, Chartered Secretarial certificate or other professional qualification (added advantage).
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in a corporate organization or a reputable law firm
• A good knowledge of the Laws and regulations relating to banking especially microfinance
• Must possess good communication skills and the ability to work without supervision.
