1.) Front Office Manager:
In addition to other requirements must have at least five years experience in a similar position in a luxury hotel; extensive experience in the OPERA suite of Hotel Management systems, and other front office systems and be able to be involved in the recruitment, induction and training of all Front Office staff,

2.) Food and Beverages Manager:
In addition to other requirements must have at least five years experience in a similar position in a luxury hotel offering an extensive Food and Beverage service, including buffet, at a carte and finedining, banqueting, room service an an elegant Cocktail Bar. Proof of experience in innovative beverage and dining menu creation, working with our Executive Chef, will be required. Experience in the Micros PoS systems will be required.

The successful incumbent will be involved in the recruitment, induction and training of all the Food and Beverage staff.

4.) Executive Housekeeper:

5.) Marketing Manager
Will require at least three years experience and a proven record of success in a similar position in a luxury hotel.

Will hold an appropriate qualification or certification in engineering skills relevant to the commissioning, ongoing and preventative maintenance of the equipment and services inherent in a modem hotel building.

Requirements

• We are looking for people who are warm, engaging, excellent communicators, fluent in English and other languages in frequent use.
• Senior and Managerial positions will require people with qualifications from a recognized, Hospitality Training Institution or equivalent tertiary institutions and cognate experience in similar establishments. A very strong emphasis will be placed on applicants for all positions who display a high aptitude for providing service excellence and be willing, eager and able to be trained to our discerning standards
