Bowen University Admission to Professional Master's Degree Programme for 2014/2015 Academic Session

Bowen University - Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into Bowen University Professional Master’s Degree Programme in Human Resource Management (MHRM) for the 2014/2015 Academic Session.

Admission Requirements
Candidates or applicants for admission must fulfill the general regulations governing Postgraduate studies at Bowen University. In addition, an applicant must hold a good Bachelor’s degree of Bowen University or other recognized Universities.
Work experience will be considered an advantage in the selection of candidates.

Note that qualified candidates with written evidence of sponsorship shall be given preference.

Method of Application
(a) On-line Application

• Download, print and study the On-line Postgraduate Application Procedure.
• Download and print the Application Form

Or
(b) By Hand/Post
Application Form may be obtained by hand/post from the Secretary Postgraduate School, Bowen University, Iwo Osun State (08034684086) upon the presentation of a non-refundable Application Fee of N10,000.00 only in bank draft payable to
Bowen University, Iwo, Osun State.

Candidates must indicate their Names and Addresses at the back of the Bank Draft. Each request for application form must be accompanied by a N50.00 (fifty naira) stamped and self-addressed envelope.

Submission

• All candidates are to submit the completed Application Form with the required documents listed below.
  • Photocopies of O’Level Certificate(s)
  • Bachelor’s Degree Certificate
  • NYSC Certificate of National Service or Exemption Certificate (where applicable)
  • Marriage Certificate or evidence of change of name (where applicable)
  • Ten (10) recent passport photographs
  • Photocopy of the Bowen University payment receipt for Application Form
  • Yellow Acknowledgement card/ profile entry printed on-line for download application form
• Submit the downloaded Application Form with the non-refundable Application Fee of N10, 000.00 only in bank draft payable to Bowen University, Iwo, Osun State.
• Academic Transcript

Candidates must ensure that their academic transcripts are sent directly to

Bowen University,
PMB 284,
Iwo, Osun State.

Referee’s Reports
Download or collect by hand/post the three Referees’ Confidential Reports Form for the Referees to complete. At least one of the Referees must be the Head or a Senior member of the Department where the candidate obtained his/her degree.
Completed Referees report should be sent under confidential cover directly to: The Dean, Postgraduate School, Bowen University, Iwo, Osun State.

Closing Date
Completed applications forms whether on-line or otherwise, must be submitted not later than Friday, 27th October, 2014.
