A reputable Oil and Gas Servicing company, is looking for the services of a qualified candidate to fill the position below:

Job Title: Tendering Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

Ensure that all relevant data and information compiled during the tender development phase is considered and made available to all team members.
Develop clarifications, tender submittal, post-submittal clarifications, etc.
Maintain accurate records and files (manual & electronic) of all the tender data (i.e. correspondence, quotations, internal input, etc.).
Liaise with all tender team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements and the commercial strategy as defined by the Commercial and Business Development Managers.
Oversee the tender estimate for accuracy and compliance with the customer requirements and commercial strategy.
Alert Commercial Department to potential problems in tender development / production.
Review original writing by tender team members for clarity.

Requirements

Relevant University Qualification, Post Graduate qualification in Management.
Experienced with using IOC approved software.
Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a similar environment.
High levels of business savvy as well as strong negotiation skills would be added advantage.
Relevant contacts in the various IOCs and regulatory bodies.
Able to think independently and work with no supervision.
Able to travel, both locally and internationally.

Core Competence:

Engineering, Design, Construction, Procurement, Pipeline Maintenance, Commissioning, Installation and high end Project Management services.
