HRLeverage - Our client, a Facility Management company, is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant for the MD

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Responsibilities

Helps with time and daily management, scheduling of meetings,
To provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Handle requests and queries appropriately
Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
Make travel arrangements
Take dictation and minutes
Source office supplies
Produce reports, presentations and briefs
Devise and maintain office filing system

Qualifications and Experience

Great educational background
Relevant field; certification in will be an asset
Applicable experience or successful track record with 3 to 5 years’ experience.

Delivering Results and Meeting Customer Expectations.
Achieving Personal Work Goals
Proven work experience as a personal assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
MS Office and English proficiency
Proven working experience FMCG sector is of advantage.
