This massive recruitment exercise into the federal government agency is unrealistic and it is going to be an exercise in futility. How can a federal agency put eligible age of the applicants at 20-25 when majority of the Nigeria children could not be admitted into the university of their choices after their many trials at JAMB to get the required Cut-off marks for admission at the age of 18/19 years. They spend 5 -7 years to get the degree at with the incessant ASSU strikes across the country while many are above the age of 20 years before securing admission at all. The NYSC mandatory service is a must. It is better the eligible age of the applicant put at 21-35 because of some who are out of job as a result of mass retrenchment, bankruptcy that became the bane of their former employment. Secondly, how can a country of 36 states asked the job applicants to submit application at only one submission centre at the address below: (IPPIS Unit, Room1, AAPSCOMS Building, Ground Floor, Federal Civil Service Commission Headquarters, 4, Abidjan Street, Wuse Zone 3, Abuja). This is very unrealistic, it has clearly shown that the agency in charge of the recruitment exercise wants to make Nigerian youth face with hardship and agony if an applicants from, Cross River State, Anambra, Oyo, Maiduguri, Bayesa, Lagos and others must to travel down to Abuja to submit ordinary application for federal job. This is a stone-age method of carrying out mass recruitment. We should not forget the issue of Immigration Mass Recruitment during President Goodluck Jonathan's regime where many of the applicants were killed at the applicants meeting centre. The present scenario/method of submission may also end up loosing our children in motor accidents, get caught in banditry barricade, kidnappers and other terrorist vices. I therefore call on the leadership of the Massive recruitment into federal agency to adopt the following: 1. Let the applicants fill the form online and submit with the attachment of their required documents. 2. Do the screening online and published the shortlisted applicants online. 3. Make interview through social networks after a particular code may have been sent to each of the shortlisted applicants with which they would display as personal identity including their picture ID to avoid foul play. 4. Publish the final result of the successful candidates online and in the Nigerian mainstream newspapers and send email message to each candidate or through their phones. I hope the world would see Nigeria leadership as a committed government that the interest of its citizens as first priority. Thanks a lot Adekunle Daoud Balogun

My innocent and long-suffering Nigerian people!!! Why are you so aggreived with the terms of this advert? This is not a job vacancy for the masses but for only the few already known ones with connections to the cabals. It is crystal clear - it is visible to the blind and very audible to the deaf. The bitter fact is they have already selected those they want for the job. All this advertisement is just to fulfill what the constitution says; that any of such recruitments must be publicly announced. But we all know what is happening with the system in this country. So it's all kangaroo publication, stop disturbing yourself. Hold yourself together and take your future in your own hands. A word, they say, is enough for the wise! Na waka I just dey waka pass o!!!

@30 after struggling to earn a degree. Now this wicked and eveil men are seeking 20-25 year of age. Then federal government should be ready for war. They should be ready because what's coming on them is more deadly than Book Haram or Banditry. Government officials are the target and they will not excape the horrors coming to them. Because these youths they deprived of there morale values knows where they live. So they should be ready for the tears about rain.

It's unfortunate that this country blessed with so many riches from natural resources will be passing through ALL this mall-hand-lings from the leaders we solemnly elected into power. They also request for this age limit course they know it's only their children that can afford to have finish their education stress-free at this age. Nevertheless, we will not stop applying until God remove all the bad eggs from our Government. The FCSC should provide email address so we could forward the application through or better-still, take the job positions and share to their family members. Thank you

The people behind this job don’t deserve to live, their inhuman and ordinary animals. May every curse in Psalms 109 be their potion. Those that posted this wickedness job may their generations never experience peace, May their children become orphans, and their wife a widow! May their children be homeless beggars; may they be driven from the ruins they live in! May their creditors take away all their property, and may strangers get everything their worked for. Amin Ase.
