Job Title: Hubs Service Agent
Work Experience Requirements
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Handle complaints, proffer appropriate solutions, document interactions, escalate and expedite the resolution of customer complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Efficiently manage large pool of incoming and outbound calls, emails.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, issues, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of and support operations of all verticals in the hub as required.
Application Closing Date
- Proven work experience as a Sales/Customer Service Officer or similar role in the Telecommunications/Retail/Finance sector.
- Excellent sales, communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritizes, and manages time effectively.
