Job Title: Sales and Marketing Representative

Job Brief
Sales and Marketing representatives are responsible for selling a company's products by identifying leads, educating prospects on products through calls and presentations, and providing existing customers with exceptional support.
You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
In order to be successful in this role, you need to have a deep understanding of the sales & marketing process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers/clients.
Follow and analyze market trends to position products.
Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns).
Test marketing product features, releases and ad copy.
Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
Develop and maintain relations with local vendors as applicable.
Acquires new customers by reaching out to leads.
Researches customer's individual or business purchase needs.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
Book and record produce orders with customers, shippers, and vendors.
Makes recommendations for the customer.
Submits purchase orders and informs management of purchase actions.
Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Work to meet all established sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Analyze the territory/marketТs potential, track sales and status reports.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Maintains documentation of customer contact and account updates queries.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Identify and leverage various opportunities for business development.
Continuously improve through feedback.
Requirements and Qualifications
Exceptional customer service, friendly personality and positive attitude.
Excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Working knowledge of CRM systems.
Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Web Trends).
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad words campaigns.
Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
B.Sc degree in Marketing or related field.
Skills:
