We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: On-field Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• The On-Field Manager would be helping to recruit street hawkers to help retail our products. They would not be required to come to the office except in an emergency.
• Firstly, this is an on-field position as the title denotes. This means that 99% of the work they would be doing for the company would be outdoors and preferably at a place close to their current home address.
• Secondly, they would be recruiting and managing street hawkers in a densely populated spot that they choose close to where they live in Lagos. This is part of our effort at having 5,000 street hawkers working to help push for sales of our less expensive products such as our transparent face shield.
• Thirdly, they would be required to show up at our office on the first and last Saturday of every month. Our office is at Sanusi Fafunwa Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.
• Lastly, we are only taking people who can take up this offer immediately and do not have any current engagement.

Job Summary

• Recruiting street hawkers.
• Engage at least one person of influence in the area they have chosen to engage street hawkers. This is a person we would pay daily as a company to ensure that they are able to work undisturbed. Some areas would not require this, some areas would.
• Working from their environment of choice preferable close to where they live while sending reports in daily.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: OND
• Applicants must own a functional smartphone that is WhatsApp enabled.
• Applicants must be able to provide a verifiable address and a nationally accepted form of identification.
• Applicants must be very excited to take on this job offer and be able to do the work laid out without question.

Remuneration

• Basic Salary: N70,000/ month. Additional commission and bonuses available and based on personal merit and management efficiency.
• The on-field manager would also be paid a N5,000 weekly sum for incidentals.
• This is to cover their cost of transportation and call units for the week.
