For those company that used to asked for years of experience, if those that got the experience had not been employed somewhere before how could they get such, and if you are not employing those who does not have such, how can they get the experience from, that is you have to engage people and training them, even if you employed profesor for a particular job and for you to get desire result you must train him/her for that job.
