Job Position: Training Coordinator / Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Description The Training Coordinator will assist in rolling out training programs both within the company and to customers.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Manage overall day-to-day training operation
- Manage and marketing of training programs
- Assist in assessing, designing and delivering training content
- Help coordinate and disseminate training communication materials to customers
- Recommend and assist with content updates and revisions of course offerings
- Ensure Program training materials are delivered as part of the training packages
- Liaise with Managing Director to ensure effective planning and procurement of facilities for every training programs
- Research and select external consultants and facilitators to conduct training in specific topics.
- Maintain records and prepare statistical reports to evaluate performance of training programs and facilitators.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Must possess a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
- Ability to plan, organize and multitask
- Fast-learner and self-directed problem solver with a burning desire to contribute
- Ability to respond to customer needs in a fast-paced, constantly changing, deadline-driven environment
- Must be able to compile data and analyze past and current year training records
- Attention to detail and knowledge of company structure and processes
- Project and process management skills to effectively manage resources.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across multiple functions and departments
