A leading Asset Management Company is recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Direct Sales Agent

Location: Lagos

Position Overview

• The candidate shall be responsible for opening and managing new accounts with focus on the PACAM mutual funds. Also expand sales on existing accounts by introducing new & other products and services to existing customers.
• Reports to: Head Sales & Service Provider

Job Description

• Meet and possibly surpass set targets on incremental growth on PACAM funds
• Follow up on and generate new leads
• Deepen existing relationships by introducing clients to other PACAM product and increasing market share of client’s wallet
• Target retail customers for PACAM Funds
• Grow customer counts on all PACAM Funds
• Grow AuM size on PACAM Funds
• Actively grow number of clients on our digital platforms
• Closely monitor customer feedback as input towards product development
• Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
• Drastically reduce the number of inactive / dormant relationships
• Sell other PACAM products

Requirements

• Sharp and charismatic, not more than 32 years old
• Minimum Qualification (OND) with at least 2 years of practical experience
• Great communication, Interpersonal and Time Management Skills
• Prior experience in selling mutual funds in the retail space (market storms)
• Prior experience in selling technology related products
• Track record of existing customer base with outstanding performance
• Poise & Coordination Skills
• Eloquent and Proficient

Supervision & Evaluation Received:

• Supervised by Sales Head
• Service providers will monitor performance and forward weekly updates to Head of Sales

• None
