Job Title: Retail and Customer Service Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality services to internal and external customers and clients
• Attend to all customers that come into the store
• Provide product/Service information
• Adhering to company and safety procedures at all times
• Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
• Identifying and assessing customer's needs to achieve satisfaction
• Ensure excellent service standard, respond efficiently to customer needs, inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring that the correct size, pattern and quantity is invoiced to the correct client or customer account.
• Conduct marketing and awareness campaigns on a regular basis to ensure increased brand and product awareness
• Raise quotation and invoice on ERP
• Always wear a smile and address customers courteously.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degree
• General clerical experience with a minimum of 1-2 years
• Clerical experience with tyre and automotive industry is an advantage
• Must be detail oriented with excellent customer interaction skills
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.

Salary
N65,000 / Month.
