Purpose of the position
Off-Field is seeking motivated, high energy individuals to capitalize on a genuine career opportunity and take the next step in their career development by helping Off-Field increase its profitability and market share by identifying and selling prospects; sell the company’s goods and services to a broad range of customers including businesses, governmental organisations and
individuals, primarily in Abuja and Lagos but also all over Nigeria.
The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, adaptive, and should have the ability to approach potential customers with the aim of winning new business, stimulate and recognize market opportunities as well as maintaining good relationships with clients; and making repeat sales to our existing customers. Candidate will be expected to understand and undertake business to business (B2B) and business to customer or consumer (B2C) sales.
Key responsibilities & duties
Enhance the Off-Field’s market share and profitability by proactively identifying market opportunities, generating leads, closing sales and meeting sales targets.
Locate business opportunities by identi fying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
Listening to customer requirements and pr esenting appropriately to make a sale.
Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects;
recommending solutions.
Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and
guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending
profit and service improvements.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
Creating detailed proposal documents to clients and prospects
Majority of assigned work will be conducted during standard business hours; however, it is
essential that the candidate must be available for early morning, late evening, and weekend work as required by the CEO.
Academic or trade qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND)
Work experience and skills In addition to possessing a Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND), the Sales Executive possess excellent writing, organization and communication skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Exce l, and PowerPoint. The position requires at least two years post-NYSC experience but th is may be waived for impressive fresh applicants.
Other requirements include:
Good design and presentation skills are an advantage. Also Administrative Writing Skills, Reporting Skills, Supply Management, Scheduling, Organization, Time Management, and Travel Logistics
Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Remuneration
Salary: Negotiated Basic plus Commission / Bonus
